I am using GoDaddy to get a website up-and-running and they want me to title
the first page as "index.htm".

The problem is that page001 is actually the second page of the website and I
can't find the name of the first page.

Also, pictures don't show up on the website when uploading.

Thanks,
Rick

I know nothing about "GoDaddy" and am unable to comment on the page 01
problem.
But on the pictures, did you upload the image files? You should have one or
more html files and probably several gif or other image files that need to
be uploaded.

This gets even stranger...

It turns out that the home page is saved in my C directory and the rest of
the pages are saved in a folder with the file's name.  When I copy the home
page to ftp, it's formatting (background) gets screwed up.

The folder is by design and is optional. Failure to upload correctly will
create issues. All this is doucmented on the publishermvps.com site
