The website was created using Microsoft Publisher and seems to work fine
using the 'view as web page' tool, however, after uploading it onto the web
certain items are missing e.g. Titles on banners, links don't work etc...  
They appear perfectly in Publisher but this is a recurring problem which I
have been unable to sort out.
