MS Office Forum / Publisher / Web Design / January 2005website loads slowly
I'm using publisher 2003 and my website loads slowly. The site is small and has "light" jpegs so it should not load so slowly. My internet connection is fine (DSL) so I'm wondering if this problem inherent in the publisher 2003 program. Is ther anything that can be done to speed it up? If you load Service Pack 1 for version 2003 (http://www.publishermvps.com) it adds a compression tool to the picture toolbar that you use to compress images to a standard web resolution which can help download times.
