I am setting up a web page and want to hyper link a thumbnail picture to a
master picture in another file.  When I preview the pub. web site the link
does not work.  Can you tell me how to set up the link from pub to a file
outside of publisher?

Most likely the link doesn't work because you failed to upload the image
file (faq page - http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30 ) .
Upload the image file to the server and then set the link to point to the
image files URL.
