Problems with browsers other than IE

I received word that my website is not properly viewed when using browsers
other than IE.  I created the site in Publisher 2003 and uploaded it via ftp
to 1and1.com.

Any help with how I can correct this?  I have someone trying to view the
site with Firefox and telling me there are problems...

Thanks!

It is designed to support IE 6+. You can go into Tools, Options and turn off
PNG and VML options to see if that helps non IE browser support. Other then
that there is nothing more you can do to improve support for such browsers.

On a side note and a bit off topic, you mentioned you are using 1and1.com
for your website host. I am in the process of researching a new host for my
Pub 2000 generated site. How do you like 1and1.com? Any problems?

Hi David.  With using Publisher which isn't that bad afterall, I use Wise FTP
to upload my files into 1and1.com.  I've yet to have any problems and people
love the site...updating is easy and people compliment it for a "rural" fire
department doing its own website rather than outsourcing and paying tons of
money each month.
http://www.rheemsfire.com is the site.  Hope that helps!

Thanks. And yes, I see what you mean. The site looks good in IE, and doesn't
even fully load in Firefox. Did you try David's suggestion about disabling
the PNG and VML options?

DavidF:  I did remove the PNG and VML...does it still have issues?  I don't
get it!  I thought I'd be fine and have easy-to-use access with Publisher but
I don't know...maybe I should put a tagline on the site telling people to use
IE!

Any ideas or direction for me?  Thanks...

If you are looking for compatibility with alternate browsers, you really
need to be looking into FrontPage.

Or Publisher 2000 and older...FWIW.

I am sorry, but I just looked at it again and no change. It loads fine with
IE, but not Firefox.
