Pictures visible using cable/DSL but not dial-up

www.austincockerrescue.org  Using Publisher 2002 for website design. Photos
are visible using cable or DSL but dial-up users cannot see any of the
photos. I have tried using gifs rather than jpgs and have compressed the
photos to between 5 to 20 KB each. Pix still not visable.

The issue is not that they can't see them, it's that they likely don't wait
long enough for the page to load due to the large amount of time required
for your page to load.
This is due to your using Pub 2002 as released. Please refer to the thread
that precedes this one for my last comments on version 2002.
Load Service Pack 3 and resave and republish your site asap.
