How do I incorporate a third-party shopping cart provider such as PayPal in
my website in Publisher 2003? I've tried to do so in Publisher '98 and it
wouldn't work.

PayPal has code snippets they provide you, see their documentation. Once you
have reviewed their instructions on how to use the code snippets then in
Publisher use the Insert, HTML code fragment dialog to implement them.

I took a look at the PayPal site and it looks *conceptually* pretty straight
forward.  I have previously inserted HTML to open new windows and this
doesn't seem any different.  I am going to try it out for a friend who wants
to do this for their site.

I used the paypal snippets to add a shopping cart and it worked as promised.
