I would like to make certain of my fonts blink or come on and over or wave.
How do I do that in Ms Publisher?

As stated on the FAQ http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30
Publisher provides no dynamic effects. You can however code most effects
yourself and then use - Insert, HTML code fragment - to insert the code to
the page. Some effects can be acheived with html tags but most require
JavaScripting. Code is OT for this forum so I refer you to javascript and
html sites. Google is very good at locating code snippets and examples.
