How do I centre a publisher web page in a browser

I am using Publisher 2003 and I have created and uploaded my first webpages
however is there a setting I can change so that the page I publish
automatically centres in someones browser? Or a way of making it
automatically fit the width of the browser to account for varying screen
resolutions?
