HELP! with serif webplus

Please can somebody help me?

I recentley purchased SERIF WEB PLUS 8.0. I was getting on just fine with it
but every time I got to the "color scheme" on the wizard section the program
shut itself down. So I decided to uninstall the program and start from
scratch. Now when I try to get into the program it says; "unable to access
registration wizard" and shuts down completely.Any suggestions?
