I found the links functional via both urls.
However I did note that you have the hotspots (actual link) located just
above AND just below the text rather then just on the text itself. One has
to place the cursor on just the right area to catch the hotspot.

I also noted that you are using version 2002 ( typically the poster should
always post the version in their post, but my crystal ball is back from the
shop this morning) in it's original release. For a much improved experience
for both you and your site visitors I strongly recommend you update to 2002
Service Pack 3. (service pack link is at http://www.publishermvps.com )
After the update you will need to resave and republish the site.
