Aloha David,
In your last communication your write: "If you are not using a master page
then I'd ask to have you send me the publication file for review and testing."
Not using a master page and in great appreciation for your offer, I sent you
the entire file for my site. Not receiving a response as yet, I am writing to
ask if you received it. I sent it to dbartosik@mvps.org.
Please let me know, and if there is anything else you may require.
thanks,
Robert

Firstly I have to mention how surprised I am that IE accepts the
transitioning meta tag you inserted in a code frag on page 1. Meta tags are
not supposed to be allowed in the body of the html, only the head of the
html file. Publisher has no support for accessing the head so all code frags
are in the body.
When viewing your site I only saw the underlined links on the journey to
self page. When I looked at that page of your pub file I found that page did
not have the style code fragment. You inserted the no underline style code
fragment on the other pages, hence they don't have underlined links but the
journey to self does. I'm surprised you didn't see that mistake.
Additionally the journey to self page has a code fragment for a top of page
bookmark, I found that code fragment was grouped multiple times with text
boxes. Code fragments should never be "grouped" with other objects, it has
the potential to cause odd results.
I noted that you insert the style code frag at random locations on each
page, sometimes over-lapping other objects, I recommend the latter not be
done and that all style fragments be positioned at the top of the page.
In your case I recommend placing it in the top right corner of each of your
pages, and you don't need the frag box to be drawn that large on the page,
you can resize the frag box to something like a quarter inch square box. And
tuck it in the top corner.
