Publisher-option button

I try to build a web site and I like to have site with option button,
options are like         buying a home
                              selling a home
                              buying and selling home
                              apply for mortgage

if i will click ( with option button ) buying a home, than click to continui
button it jums to diiferent page or different web site.. How can I do this.

The design gallery has a collection of buttons or optionally you can use one
from clip art web buttons. You enter text on it as desired and then right
click the button and use hyperlink to set the desired link.
