I am using Publisher 2000 to create my web page. I have already created and
uploaded the web page but need to update. Everytime I make changes and then
"save as webpage" then preview webpage I get a message saying that Publisher
cannot open this file. Is there a browser issue or conflict with anti-virus
software or something...HELP

I have answered my own question...YAY YAY YAY...Somehow my web properties got
changed from htm to html. By reading some other posts I found out that
Publisher only uses htm. My persistencehas paid off. Thank you all

Don't you mean the other way around?  My website built with Publisher 2000
creates html files.

2000 by default names as .html
2002/2003 by default names as .htm
those are only DEFAULTS - meaning you can type in whatever extension you
want to use.
