SUBMIT button won't work for Web pages - 04 Mar 2005 14:45 GMT
I am using Office 2000 and in particular PUBLISHER. I thought that the
"Submit" button when pressed sent text which was in a text box up to the
server. Is there any coding or scripting required to do this? At present the
results of pressing the button is it can't find a site. (error 404? ) I
called the web site provider and they added FrontPage extensions to my
account. It still doesn't work. Am I missing something?
In case it's helpful here is the HTML:
<form action="--WEBBOT-SELF--"method="post">
<!--webbot bot="SaveResults" s-email-address="spklein2003@yahoo.com"
s-email-format="TEXT/PRE" b-email-label-fields="TRUE"
email-Subject+"Web Site Form Response" s-builtin-fields="Date Time"
b-email-subject-from-field="FALSE"-->
Thanks for your help!

I have the same problem.  I've follow all suggestions in other posts but
still cannot get "submit" to send information in a email.  Our website is
www.supply-resources.com.

Your site does not have FrontPage extensions installed.
