My website (www.kassiopi.zetnet.co.uk) has sound bytes(.wav). However when
you listen to them live on the net they take ages to open. Is there a way of
reducing the size of the file?
Any help would be more than welcome.

Hi Laura,

I don't know of a way to reduce the size of your .wav file, but would
suggest that you rethink whether to use it to begin with. I know many,
including myself, that would leave your site if it had music. Perhaps do
like Don Schmidt did on his site...make the music file an option, not the
default. That way you don't drive away people like me, but it is available
for those who might like it.
