HELP PLEASE! I can't publish my web site!

I just installed Publisher 2002.This is my first time
building a web site. I go into "save as Web page" then
save in FTP location (which i add) then when i click to
save my file...At the bottom it says "Exporting
Publication to HTML file...then I get an error message
that Publisher has encountered a problem and it needs to
shut down...I have tried to reinstall to fix publisher
and it didn't work!!...I have no idea what I am doing
wrong..PLEASE HELP ME!!

Start by verifying you have installed Service Packs 1 and 2. You can visit
my site for documentation on these. Next I recommend reviewing my tutorial
