Hi

I'm just looking for a way to change my default font (Times New Roman)
to anything else. Just can't figure a way to do this.
Without having to make a text style.

But this applies to Pub 2002 and 2003. I don't know if it works in 2000.
Have you tried changing it and then saving that file as a template?

Thanbks for answer JoAnn

I have Pub 2000.
Actually the text style NORMAL can be modified with another font and
reapplied on the same document. It can also be saved in the document. I
can re-open the document with the text style normal with my applied
changes.
But the text style itself will not keep my default font for other
jobs.

Bu the way what are the new features of Pub 2003 compared to2000. Is it
a lot better?

Thanks

Luke

I like the fact that my files are smaller due to the image compression. Oh -
and Print Preview! I love that. True, these features came about in 2002 but
they also exist in 2003.

If you visit this page, you'll find a comparison between 2000, 2002, and
2003.

While there may be advantages to 2003 for print documents, you will NOT be
happy with the changes if you are using Pub 2000 to produce a website.

Good point. I don't use Publisher for websites (I use FrontPage) so I don't
have to deal with Publisher's web issues.

Thanks very much JoAnn for the link.
It really solved my problem!
And for those who want the same changes, here is the final link:
