Can a website made with Microsoft Front Page be edited with Micro.

I have a website that was made using Microsoft Front Page. Can I edit it
with Microsoft Publisher? When I open the website with Publisher, the
margins are all out of wack and the navigation bar disappeared. Thank you
for you help.
