Publisher 98 & Windows XP

A few years ago I created a website in Pub98 using a Windows 98 OS. If I
change my OS to Windows XP, can I still read & edit my Pub 98 file without
having to recreate my website with a later version of Publisher (Office XP)
that I also have loaded.
