Currently using Pub2003 and Yahoo geocities.

Made a web page. People fill in info and hit submit. Info emailed to me.

Problems... 1) Picture of logo dosen't show up.
                 2) Submit button doesn't work

After completeing the publication, I did selected "Publish to the web" and
saved it to the default location... my desktop. I then uploaded the page and
the 6 items that were dumped in a folder. When I go to the page, all the
boxes work, the logo shows a red "X" and the submit button says page not
found.

My gut tells me this is an issue between Geocities and Pub2003. I just want
to know for sure, or if it's something I'm doing. If it is geocities,
recomendations on good web hosting site/companies would be great. If it's
something I'm doing, please correct me. I'm fairly new at this, so small
words would be great. :)

Make sure your logo was also uploaded. Not uploading photos/pictures/etc is
a common problem.

It sounds like you should have published directly to your website instead of
the intermediate step of publishing to your desktop. There are some
excellent articles on Publishing your website here:

Also the first four FAQs deal with forms here:
