Publisher has no slide show feature. You'd have to use another product and
then just link to it's pages. Publisher 2003 does have a static photo
gallery page template.

Hello,
I am trying to setup a website for the first time using Publisher 2007.
However, I am haveing difficulty finding how to produce a “slide show” in one
of my pages. I want to enable someone to click the “gallery” button and the
slide show to start with an option to stop, view at own pace, or to go back
home. How do I do this?
I also want to set a page where you can view individual accounts. Please
help!

You can use Porta or JAlbum to produce html slide shows, upload them to your
site, and link to them. Even most image editors will produce html formatted
slide shows. Take your pick.
I don't know what you mean by view individual accounts...
