How can I upload my website to the internet that  I designed from.

I have designed a website usuing the microsoft Publisher and now would like
to have it posted on the internet...what is the best web host to use and how
can i also get things like ecommerce attached to it.

As far as web hosts, they are a dime a dozen, typically you should get
referrals from peers. My recommendation is available at
http://www.davidbartosik.com . As far as ecommerce, Pub has no support for
back-end programming and processes.
Those that choose to use Pub as a store entity (
http://www.publishermvps.com/WebDesign/tabid/29/Default.aspx ) do so using a
third party provider such as Paypal.
