You can only implement a third party provider. I believe www.bravenet.com may
have a control like that. Or just google on "free web site polls".

Thank you. In the past I put each picture above a web form. Each click
through required an e-mail address in order for it to register. Then at the
end of the contest I manually counted the e-mails per picture. I was hoping
there was an easier way. I will try the Google search.
