I moved the web site from a Unix Host platform to a Microsoft Host platform.
 Problem has gone away.

If this is the solution, it may be an idea for Microsoft to recommend a Host
Opertating System for a Web Site built with Publisher 2003 or create a
Program Temporary Fix.   Just an idea.

Thanx for this update. I've passed it a long and MS is resuming testing on
this issue with this new possible theory. If you can post your URL or email
it to me that would be great. If you can provide your pub file to me for
testing that would be very helpful. Send to dbartosik@mvps.org and put
"requested testing file" in the subject line.
thanx
