how do I having repeat customers verfiy previous info using a form

On my website I will be collecting customer information.  For repeat
customers I don't want them to have to fill in all address info again.  How
do I create a form that will allow customer to sign in and verify previously
entered information?

With a database driven site developed in a web programming langauge like
ASP.Net (http://www.asp.net). Totally beyond the capablity of Publisher so OT
for this forum.
