I'm trying to set up a couple of webforms - and have uploaded to live
website, but the forms don;t submit the info to the designated email address.
We seem to satisfy all the requirements (ie. Microsoft Frontpage 3.0 and up)
email is correct, and site is live... Any feedback would be great. Thanks

Common mistakes are on the FAQ -

Start there.

Hi Thanks David - i have consulted most of the email messages on this site
and your website - problem is that i am doing this blinde (first time) and
have no IT background - so http://www.imaasia.com/index_files/Page672.htm is
where my form is - we switched from emailing it to an email address because i
got the --WEBBOT -SELF-- response, so switched it to ISP program - we are now
receiving the email, but with no content or contact details. We are uploading
straight from Publisher to the Web using Cute FTP... we have FrontPage the
program (we use to use this for our old website but find publisher much
better for design aspect) and i don't know what FP Server Extension is - is
there any hope for me????

All the answers are on my website to tell you all the things you are doing
wrong. You don't need an IT background, it's assumed you are here because
you are a newbie. All I ask is that you read the ample material I provide.
From your updated post it appears you need to start with the basics of how
to correctly upload the web site. That info is on the sites web design, 2003
section. The publish in http article is the one you need. You then need to
read thru all the form subject Q and A on the web design FAQ page. They
explain the fundamental requirements of using a Publisher form.
As for the ISP program, it won't work unless you program the ISP program to
work with the form fields. Something that is by your admission beyond your
skill set. So you need to stick with Publishers form processing.
