How do I enter meta tag to a web page developed in publisher?

I have created a web site in Publisher, but I cannot make the neccessary
changes in META Tags. Actually I cannot find to see the code in web page
where I will be able to enter META tag. Can anyone help me out?

Varies by version, a detail you left out. In 2003 you go to Tools, Web
options.
