We just got publisher 2003 all are files have been created in publisher 2002.
I find that publisher will not convert my 2002 to files so that they can be
used in publisher 2003. How can this be rectified?

Don't know what you are talking about. Explain what file extension you are
speaking of and what exactly the issue is. (i.e. "I get an error message that
says ... when I do ...")

Please add my confusion to David's. Pub 2002 files don't need to be
converted - you just open them.
