I am designing a web site with Publisher.  I would like to add mouse over
options to pictures, so that when a mouse hovers over the photo, a caption
appears explaing the picture.  Also, I'd like to do the same with text, such
as hovering the mouse over a link to a page that might offer a bit more
information about what is on the page being linked to.
I have tried the Alternate text function, but it appears that it only works
when certain conditions are met.
