I have created my home page - have the colors and layout that I want to use
throughout.  How do I copy these basic elements onto the rest of the pages in
my site?  Please advise.  Thank you!!

Go to Insert/Page it will ask how many and where you want your additional
pages and an option for copying all items from the original

In addition to Mike's response you also simply need to group all page objects
and then copy/paste to the new page.
