Insert Page Types  (How do I create page types?)

I use a wizard, and when I insert a page, I get a choice of page types,
(Story, Calender, ...)
When I create from blank, this option does not come up.
When I use a wizard and create the page, save it as a template, I still get
the page types.
How can I create page types?  How do I save them into my templates?

There is no functionality for a custom page type.

Ok, so I can not make page types.  I guess I will quit pouring over the menu
options for that. (Thank you)
How are they already in the wizards and in the templates that I create from
the wizards?
If I create a blank template or document, is their anyway to add the
standard "Types"

What I am trying to do is create my own template for WebPages.  I want to
have several of the "types"  Such as Related Links, Special Buys.
I am wondering if I made a template from a wizards, create each of the
pages, edit them, delete the pages, and save as a template again, will that
do what I am wanting??  That sounds like a band-aid.  Anyway, just trying to
get the most out of my Publisher Deluxe 2002

Also, is their any utility to create or modify the wizards?

Thanks,
Giles
