I am trying to send out a publisher page as an e-mail as realised that there
is no option for "send page as email" under the "Send E-mail". I only have
the "send poblication as attachment". How do I turn on the option. I am using
Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Office 2003 version.

Try using the "Send as email" button in the toolbar next to the Save button.
