inserting a frame in web site

I have built my website already. But I need to add a list of my products by
creating atext fram with in my page. So the viewer can scroll down my list
BUT not scroll down the page. How can I do it?? Im using Publisher 2003 for
all my website needs
I have already created www.harpers-of-b29.co.uk

include a snippet of code just like that. You then need to use the Insert,
HTML Code Fragment.
