I can create a web page and post it great.  However anyone using a Macintosh
or other software open up my webpage is scrambled  and almost looks like the
raw publisher file.  What can I do to allow anyone to view my webpage
correctly??

Sorry, but Publisher 2003 is designed to work best with IE, and is
frequently "scrambled" with other browsers.

But there is no current version of IE for Macs. This is a problem not only
for certain webpages but to be able to download from the Office website.

Yeah, its too bad the MSFT site requires IE, but you should have a version
of IE available, if not installed to view that content.

In the meantime, did you have any specific questions about Publisher web
design?
