Help

I have Pub 2003, norton IS 2005 on a windows xp system. I am unable to
publish my files to the web. The following is the message I keep getting even
when my firewalls are turned off.  This works from another location which
does not have NIS 2005.

This error message is usually associated with an attempt to access an FTP
(File Transfer Protocol) web site through a fire wall/proxy server and the
proxy settings are not set correctly to gain access.
To avoid this error message, change the FTP proxy settings to allow access
to the site. More information about this error message online.

I can open my ftp site via network places.

Please advise

Start with reviewing the FAQ:
http://www.publishermvps.com/WebDesign/FAQ/tabid/30/Default.aspx

Then from that page go to version 2003 of Publisher via the menu, and read
the different articles on publishing your site.
