A few questions:-

1. Is there any site I can find additional web design templates for
Publisher 2003? I've already tried Microsoft's Office/Publisher site.

2. Please take a look at my website (http://amily.netfirms.com). The
hyperlinks at the bottom of the page only work with IE. They don't work
with Firefox or Opera. Is there an easy fix?

3. Also on the website (http://amily.netfirms.com/index_Page595.htm), if
you click one of the thumbnails, a larger image opens on the SAME page. How
do I make it open on a new window?

4. Continuing from above question, would a pop-up blocker stop the
thumbnail from opening in a new window?

I have one that was provided, see

I haven't seen any other resources for webs, most designers don't want to
share.

that is expected with non IE browsers and the nav bar wizard. the solution
is to not use the nav bar but instead use your own links.

that's how a broswer works by default. If you want to force a new page you
need to use a different html link. to do this in Publisher means writing the
link yourself, this is provided to you on the FAQ Page -

If you launch a new page in the browser as covered above
(http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=30) - then no.
If you use JavaScript to create a window ( I cover this in an article at
http://www.publishermvps.com/WebDesign/Advanced/tabid/97/Default.aspx ) -
then the answer is yes.
