I have uploaded a wmv file and hyperlink to publisher, it work fine when you
click on the link. Is there any way when my webpage appear the linked files
play atomatically without clicking on the link. I appreciate someone can help
me.

the answer is no.
but if you wanted to get more technical and have the money and skillset to
do so then you can go with embedded players and streaming media. that means
you would build a web page that contains a media player and can stream the
media source from your server. And set the page load to launch the media.
All of which is beyond the scope of Publisher and this forum.
but I can tell you that your first stop is your web host provider, ask them
about their support for streaming media/video, embedded media players.
