For Collin;

I have a logon, password protected folder on my Publisher 2000 website which
is protected by information provided by my Internet Provider. The
information is primarily intended for folders but it mentions it could
protect the entire site.  The instructions can be found at:

http://support.iinet.com/answer.html?ost=General&osv=0&category=ftp&topic=htpasswd

It may or may not work in your case.

Also, you might want to contact your I.P. for help.
