webpage not centered, help!

No matter what I do, whenever I view my webpage it is left justified.  When I
upload it to the internet, it still remains left justified of course...I have
tested this to make sure it was not my monitor size, etc...I am thinking it
is a setting I am using somewhere but have been able to figure out...Please
help!
