Good idea providing specific examples for review.
I identified and confirmed your problem within about 3 seconds of loading
the page.
Your issue and solution is contained in the 6th paragraph of my article -

I don't understand. The 6th paragraph reads:
For a professional looking site leave the clip-art for your car wash flyers
and only use quality photographs. There are plenty of online sources of
professional photos or you can purchase a collection, a good source is
www.hemera.com .
If you meant the next paragraph that doesn't make sense either because mine
are all in lower case without any spaces.
Please advise.

One example on your site that I saw was that the filename in the hyperlink
began with upper-case letters, when in fact the file being referenced had a
filename that was all lower-case. Which creates the problem you are having
and that I am talking about in the article. Unix is case sensitive. Meaning
"MYfile.mpg" is one filename while "myfile.mpg" is a different filename. If
a hyperlink points to a non-existent file then the hyperlink is a bad link.
On Unix if you tell the link to look for BUBBAGUMP.file then that is what it
looks for. It won't pay any attention to bubbagump.file

OK I can understand that....but what's the problem with this one.

That took all of 2 seconds. You really just need to pay attention to
details.
For example - when I hovor over the link I see it is looking for
greyandbos.mpeg
when I right click the link and select, save target as, I find the file is
actually
greyandbos.avi

Nancy,
Further to the explanation that David Bartosik provided, if you look at the
"cutting video 1" that you said has consistently worked, then you will note
the MPG file is named "MOVO1589.MPG", while the "cutting video 2" file is
named "MEcuttting.MPG" as per your link. If you Right Click > Save Target As
the first video, then the file that is downloaded is "MOVO1589.mpeg". And if
you try to download the second video file you get an error. Bottom line is
you need consistency on not only how you name your files, but also your
links to those files, including the file extensions.
In the case of "cutting video 1" the .MPG extension apparently is
interchangeable with .mpeg, but I wouldn't assume that this works all the
time. If you are using WinXP and don't have your computer set up to show the
file extensions, then it might be helpful to go to Start > Settings >
Control Panel > Folder Options > View > Under Advanced settings, untick
"Hide extensions for known file types" > OK. If you are using Win98 then
Start > Settings > Folder Options, etc. Then you will be able to view the
extensions in addition to the file names.
