Hi,

I am trying to create a form on my webpage using Publisher where the user
fills in their details and then I would like them to specify a file by
browsing their computer that will be uploaded from their computer. When they
click on submit, I would like this information and the file they have
specified to be emailed to an email address I specify. I have set it all up
with the submit button to email to the address I want it to, but just can not
figure out how to be able to upload a file or add a browse button. Any
suggestions?

Not something supported in the FrontPage server extensions Publisher is
dependent on for forms processing. Other then writing your own form page an
option for you is to check with your web host about what form processing
scripts they offer and if they have one that supports that.
