Help - single master pages were used in a web publication and then printed.
Now the parts from the master pages disappear when I do a web preview.  I
can't upload without the parts from the master pages.  Anyone else run into
this and how do I correct it?

The FAQ page -
http://www.publishermvps.com/WebDesign/FAQ/tabid/30/Default.aspx - and
numerous threads in this forum point out that the Master Page is intended for
print publications and not for web publications. Using one in a web
publication is highly likely to create issues. You are urged to drop the
Master Page.

When you printed your publication you had to change format to print. Try
going back in as if you are going to print and change back to web.
