Hi,

I'm brand new to using Publisher, even though I've owned it for years. I'm
using Publisher for Windows 95, version 5 (I know - update already!). Anyway,
I've created a website using Publisher, but now I can't figure out how to
lock the graphics so that others can't right-click on them and save them to
their computer. We have the javascript code, but can't find where to enter
it and make it save. Please help!!!

I don't know that your version supported custom code entry. Version 2000 and
later have Insert menu, HTML Code Fragment.

The javascript is only a "trick", technically images are downloaded to the
visitors pc, that is how the client browser displays them and they'll remain
for a time in the cache. So they are readily accessible. The "trick" can be
removed by simply turning off javascript support in the client browser.

Publisher 2003 codes it's html by default whereas when viewed in the IE
browser there is no save picture in the right click menu.

Publisher or use another web design program. I appreciate your input.

you can't protect images from being downloaded, because they need to be
downloaded to be displayed...inother words they are automatically downloaded
to the viewers machine you just gotta go get them from the cache.

The *only* way to keep others from stealing/borrowing/copying pictures from
your website is not to put them on your site. For every protection method
you've heard about, there are several ways around it.
