copy or insert the bar?
The proper usage is that you insert a new page and check the option to have
to added to the nav bar.
The wizard that is the nav bar then generates the new link on the nav bar
and populates it across the document.

Thanks David,
When I added the page it added the link to the nav bar on the index page but
to the default scheme that I had changed. Do I have to go back and change
each link? And then when I inserted nav bar in to new page, the whole nav
bar was the default scheme (top drawer navigastion style). How can I copy or
insert my edited nav bar?
Thanks
