I'd suspect that monitor resolution is giving you that result. Publisher 2003
(and 2002) use CSS2 absolute and relative positioning which hardcodes the
physical placement of the web page contents in pixels by their x and y
coordinates. I think some of these odd ball resolutions skew such placement.
You want to view the site in a monitor with a traditional resolution and see
what it does.
You should post the url of a site in question so it can be reviewed, but you
didn't, so I can't.
Versions 98 and 2000 used traditional html and so the results would be
totally different.

Thanks for your reply, it was helpful even though I havent solved the
problem. I havent posted the site yet because I needed to back up the old
site in case I have to replace it. As soon as I post it I will let you know,
then you can have a look. If I transfer the Publisher file to the desktop it
wont open because it has Publisher 2000 not 2003 and I dont know if there is
any way to revert to the old version.

Hi, I've finally uploaded the site and everything looks ok on every other
computer except my laptop. I guess this means that people with computers with
displays like mine will not be able to view this website properly. I will
have to put a note on the site saying so.
Is there any way to fix this issue?? Updates ? Upgrades ?
If I design a new website using Front Page, will I get the same problem?
There is an option in Front Page to select CSS or de-select it, would
de-selecting it make any difference?

Thanks.
