Background Scrolls and blinks

Using MSPUB 2002 I have a text box that has a background picture in it.  When
I zoom in to see the text better (sorry don't know at what % Zoom but I think
>100)
The background picture starts to repaint itself and repaint itself over and
over again and prohibits me from doing anything until I zoom back out.  The
background does repaint any time I cahnge zoom but usually only once.

Have you updated to Service Pack 3?
And publishing in Export As...?

XP SP3 ??  I didn't know it was out!?  I'll check in to it.

Visit http://www.publishermvps.com for the links to Office online and Office
Service Packs. Office XP is currently at SP3. Office 2003 is at SP2.

I am having the same problem with some of my files in Publisher 2003.  All
SP's have been updated and installed for Office XP.
Any other help would be appreciated.
