Using MSPUB 2002 I have a text box that has a background picture in it. When I zoom in to see the text better (sorry don't know at what % Zoom but I think >100) The background picture starts to repaint itself and repaint itself over and over again and prohibits me from doing anything until I zoom back out. Try this, slide the acceleration down on your adapter, control panel, display, settings tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab. (About three notches) If this solves your issue, go to the manufacturer's web site and look around for an updated graphics driver."
