How do I create customized navigation bars in Publisher?

I'm trying to create navigation bars with a clip art picture being the bar to
click on. Could some one please help me as to how to go about doing this?

The nav bars are self contained wizards that aren't customizable.

If you have programming skills however and knowledge of Office VBA you can
build your own nav bar. There is an article available at
