Publishing to Web Problems

I am having problems publishing a site that I once published using Publisher
'98 and now using 2003.

I have followed the following link
(http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMArticle.asp?ID=324) to a T
and still get the same error message each time.

I have also seen a few subjects in discussion groups about this issue and
still have not been able to resolve the problem I'm having.

When I get to the point of opening the FTP site I receive the following
error message:
"Cannont connect to the FTP server on the computer named 'servername.com'."
Then when I click on Show Help I receive the following message:
"This error message is usually associated with an attempt to access an FTP
(File Transfer Protocol) web site through a fire wall/proxy server and the
proxy settings are not set correctly to gain access.
To avoid this error message, change the FTP proxy settings to allow access
to the site."
I am trying to publish to a web site under my own domain through Yahoo. I
have disabled the fire wall (or so I thought) and do not know how or if I am
able to "change the FTP proxy settings".

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is growing more and more
frustrating every day!

THANKS!
