After opening a multiple page file in Microsoft Publisher, I published page 1
to my web site without problem, but when I select subsequent pages, the
program republishes the first page.  How do I publish the subsequent pages?

Are you trying to create a multi page website or a multi page document link
on the website? A multi page website would be created while building the
site and a multi page document would best be created as a pdf file with a
link to it.  There are several pdf creating programs available from free to
very pricey.

Here are two, primopdf is a freebee and PDF-XChange is a modest priced
program.

websites respectively are,

www.primopdf.com

www.docu-track.com
